About Jo

Jo’s work is built from the fascination he encounters in daily life. He finds snapshots of interest in the stresses of life, and focuses on building excitement in a mundane moment. Jo has the ability to reveal human existence and convey it with delicate comedy and empathy.

He enjoys working with mix media and has recently become an avid sketchbook keeper. He likes quieter aspects of life but still has a love for city life, and has dreams to fully explore Canada coast to coast. Jo has a passion for punk rock and jazz music that can be seen in his work.
